Having any other sound enhancers activated will interfere with the performance of the DPS Plug-In.

• Click “iTunes” (found at the top left corner of the iTunes window next to the “Apple” icon.)
• Select by clicking “Preferences” in that menu.
• Click the “Playback” tab inside the “Preferences” dialog box.
• Make sure that the “Sound Enhancer” and “Sound Check” boxes are NOT checked.
• If you have any other iTunes audio plug-ins installed, turn them OFF as well.

• Click on the “Window” menu in iTunes.
• Click on “Equalizer” under that menu.
• Be sure the check box “on” is NOT checked. Click the box to un-check and disable the equalizer.
