The DPS uses a system of “Profiles” which contain the settings that optimize audio for a specific device. Each device, whether it is your computer, your external speakers, or your earbuds has very different audio capabilities. It is important to switch profiles using the “Audio Output” buttons

when switching audio devices. Access the “Settings” screen within the “Preferences” window to fully optimize your computer’s “Built-In Speakers”, “External/Desktop Speakers” and “Headphones”. All profiles contain settings optimized for music or movies. Feel free to experiment and choose your favorites!
